Lavendo is a sales recruiting firm that works with startups to build their sales teams. It describes its work as go-to-market recruiting, and it has separate areas for employers and for candidates.

The firm places both employees and contractors. Its process starts with an Ideal Candidate Profile, then moves to outbound sourcing and video screening, interview coordination with access to the candidate pipeline in its applicant tracking system, reference and background checks, offer negotiation and support after hiring. It says it sources through job boards, social media, in-person events and referrals from a network of more than 20,000 tech professionals.

Lavendo says it fills roles within 2 to 4 weeks and reports a 93% retention rate. It also says it replaces a candidate free of charge if they do not meet expectations within the first 90 days.
