Latitude Recruitment is a regional recruitment agency based in Horsham and Mount Gambier. It provides labour hire and permanent recruitment to businesses throughout regional South Australia and Victoria, and runs a job search portal for candidates.

Among the regional industries it says it specialises in are healthcare, manufacturing, professional services and forestry. It has consultants covering the South East, the South West and healthcare. For employers it manages the process from job advert creation and candidate screening to compliance and legals, and it provides support after placement.

The company was founded by Karen Bryant, its director, who worked for multinational companies in Adelaide and Melbourne before returning to the Limestone Coast. It reports placing more than 1000 temporary and permanent regional roles, paying out $3.2 million in regional wages last year and holding 4,000 regional candidates in its database.
