LatamCent is a nearshore staffing and recruiting agency that places Latin American professionals with US companies, mainly AI and SaaS teams. It recruits engineers in AI and machine learning, back-end, front-end, full-stack and blockchain development, as well as finance and RevOps staff, sales and go-to-market roles such as SDRs and account executives, customer support and marketing specialists. It says it recruits exclusively for US-based B2B SaaS companies, and it names fintech, HR tech, sales tech, private equity and venture capital firms among the teams it hires for.

Clients can use staff augmentation, which it calls Talent as a Service, or direct hire. In both, the company handles sourcing, screening, payroll and compliance, and it acts as the client's contractor of record. Its services also cover full service staffing, talent acquisition and payroll and taxes. Every hire carries a 60-day replacement guarantee, and it reports a median of 19 days from kickoff to accepted offer.
