Lambda Recruitment

Lambda Recruitment is an Australian recruitment agency that specialises in Public Practice Accounting. It places candidates in roles from graduate level to Partner level, in firms ranging from boutique practices to the Big-4, and says it works nationwide.

The agency serves both employers and job seekers. It says it gives candidates career-focused advice and clients a retention-focused strategy, and that its approach is tailored to the needs of each individual and client. It says its niche focus gives access to industry-specific insights and opportunities that may not be available through general recruitment agencies.

Lambda Recruitment's head office is in Melbourne, Victoria, and is open by appointment only. The agency is led by directors Louie Betikas and Lili Phoenix. Louie Betikas has, it says, over two decades of experience in customer and client relations.
