Lakeshore Talent is a staffing and recruiting firm headquartered in Denver, Colorado, with a second office in Chicago. It has worked with client organisations since 1995 and says it grew from traditional staffing and recruiting into a workforce planning approach. Following a management buyout in 2017 it became a women-owned company, and Mary Clark is named as owner and president.

The firm offers contract staffing, contract-to-hire, direct hire, recruitment process outsourcing, consulting and Employer of Record services, the last of which it says it manages in all 50 states and internationally. It also runs dedicated SaaS staffing and oil and gas staffing services. Its stated areas of expertise are human resources, administrative and operational support, accounting and finance, oil and gas and natural resources, SaaS, and hospitality, restaurant and retail.

It works with both employers and job seekers. Candidates on assignment receive benefits including paid time off and health insurance. The firm reports that candidates placed on contract go full-time with the employer about 80% of the time.
