Lakes International

Lakes International is a recruitment and training company. It says it has been in business for the past nineteen years, specialising in the Transport and Logistics industry and supplying staff across all areas.

The company has offices in Geelong, Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane. It says its client base is multi-national, so it can serve clients nationally and internationally. It also handles senior and executive recruitment for all business units. Assignments begin with a detailed brief agreed with the client, candidates are reference checked before being recommended, and psychometric testing is tailored to each client. It reports a multi-user database of over 30,000 candidate files.

Alongside recruitment, Lakes International provides training in management, team building, corporate skills, sales and marketing, hospitality, public speaking, customer service and HR.
