Labourpower

Labourpower is an Australian labour hire and recruitment business with national coverage. It works through specialist divisions: Labourpower, Labourpower Trade, LP Commercial and LP Training. It supplies casual, temporary, contract and permanent staff, and also offers payroll outsourcing, human resources consulting, work health and safety consulting and training.

Its blue collar recruitment covers warehousing, transport, manufacturing and logistics, as well as food manufacturing, packaging and waste and refuse. Labourpower Trade supplies staff to concrete products, infrastructure, rail, construction and food manufacturing. LP Commercial places white collar staff in administration, finance, customer service, data and executive support roles, and also offers executive search.

Candidates use an online portal for rosters, online inductions and timesheets. The company says it runs a 24-hour service, seven days a week. Its job listings cover sites across Australian states and Auckland in New Zealand.
