LabourGO

LabourGO is a labour hire business that supplies general and skilled workers across New South Wales and Queensland, with coverage in Sydney, Brisbane and the Gold Coast. Its main clients are builders and construction sites. It provides general labourers, trade assistants and skilled workers such as ticketed machine operators, formworkers, steel fixers, concreters and leading hands. It also supplies workers to solar and electrical, manufacturing, warehousing and hospitality businesses.

Its services are temporary labour hire, temp-to-permanent placements, permanent recruitment and site rubbish removal. Its workers are White Card certified, and the company handles payroll, superannuation and insurance, so clients receive one invoice. It says typical turnaround is 24 hours and that it answers calls seven days a week.

LabourGO was founded by Aiarom and Ellie, a husband-and-wife team. Aiarom is an electrical engineer with experience on construction sites, and Ellie spent a decade in property acquisitions.
