Labourforce is a labour hire and staffing business serving the supply chain industry in Australia and New Zealand. It was established in 1998 as a business unit of a national logistics company and is now a division of the Labourforce Group, which specialises in talent and human capital management. The company says it has grown to 10 offices in major industrial hubs across the two countries.

Labourforce supplies temporary and permanent staff for e-commerce and grocery, logistics and warehousing, process work and manufacturing, trades and engineering, major sporting events and government clients. Roles it recruits include pickers and packers, team leaders and supervisors, fleet management, inventory control, logistics coordination, shipping and receiving, and supply chain analysis. It also offers total talent, RPO and MSP services.

The company says every client has a dedicated account manager and 24/7 operational coverage, and that every casual worker undergoes a medical assessment and drug and alcohol testing.
