La Source International is a recruitment agency for aesthetics, wellness, skincare and spa businesses. It is based in London and recruits across London, the rest of the UK and overseas. It says it specialises in senior-level recruitment and headhunting, for roles such as CEO and COO level posts, spa and clinic directors, group spa and clinic managers, senior aestheticians, trainers for product houses, lecturers for beauty colleges, sales managers and business development managers.

Its clients include luxury medical spas, high street clinics and salons, aesthetic and skin clinics, and cosmeceutical skincare houses. For headhunting briefs it maps the sector, approaches senior professionals directly and vets candidates discreetly.

Angela Smith is the founder and director, and set the company up in 2006. Its first clients were Elemis and The Mandarin Oriental. For the UK market it does not accept applications from candidates who live overseas or who lack the right to work in the UK.
