LA Medical Recruitment Specialists was founded by Leanne Augustine, its CEO, who has been involved in this specialised field since 2004. She began recruiting medical staff in the KwaZulu-Natal and Gauteng regions while living in Durban, then relocated after two years to the Western Cape, where she took a post at a medical recruitment agency. Her reputation and placement success among multinational clients grew there, and she established LA Medical Recruitment Specialists in 2014.
