L3A (Pty) Ltd.

L3A (Pty) Ltd is a dynamic team of recruitment specialists providing consulting and outsourced solutions to companies in South Africa. The business is built on the position that there is no one size fits all approach to hiring, because every business is unique, so its services are tailored specifically to a company's needs and its budget. L3A provides an agile recruitment outsourcing service designed to take the hassle out of recruitment business processes, offering flexible and cost effective solutions where the client can choose the service that suits their specific requirement rather than buying a fixed package. The team describes itself as thriving on synergy, efficiency and delivery, so that clients are free to focus on their core activities.

The company brings forty seven years of combined experience across a broad set of talent services. That experience covers recruitment, response handling, learnerships, apprenticeships and internship placements, recruitment process outsourcing, business process outsourcing and professional placements. L3A works across all industries and nationally rather than restricting itself to a single vertical, which allows it to take on both high volume early career programmes and professional level appointments for the same client. Its site is organised for both audiences, with separate sections for employers and job seekers alongside a page introducing the team.

L3A operates in South Africa and states its vision as becoming the number one choice for bespoke solutions, with a reputation for service excellence and integrity in the industry. Its three stated values are integrity, service excellence and authentic relationships, and it believes that relationship building, combined with new age technology and methodologies, is what enables it to deliver the best suited candidates and services quickly. The company's promise to clients is summarised in the line it leads with, that a client's search stops there, and it describes its staffing solutions as reliable and innovative.
