L'Agence Services Santé is a healthcare staffing and HR outsourcing agency, described on its own site as an agence de placement de personnel et d'impartition RH en santé. It is the founding member of Alliance Humakare, a group of businesses specialising in recruitment, training, staff placement, management consultancy and the delivery of private care, which says it puts people at the heart of its concerns. Alongside placement, the agency publishes healthcare job offers, lists the health professionals it is looking for, runs a referral programme and answers candidate questions through its own FAQ.

The agency works in health and care, and the other members of the Alliance show the breadth of that focus. Formation Solutions Santé is a training centre for healthcare staff, running accredited health courses, a training calendar and training rooms in Montréal. Humanika provides private care at home and in institutions, including home help services, nursing and hospitalisation at home, a shopping assistance service, and support for older people, people at the end of life and people with neurocognitive disorders such as Alzheimer's disease. Moveo Santé delivers physiotherapy and massage therapy at home. Clinique Services Santé is a private clinic offering care at the clinic, at a workplace or at home. Exploratio, a newer entity, covers staff placement, outsourcing, project management, management consultancy and corporate training, with experience in both local and international recruitment.

The agency's beginnings go back more than 25 years, and it built its reputation across Greater Montréal on the quality of care delivered by qualified, experienced professionals. Growing demand led to the creation of the training and home care businesses, and in January 2022 Soins Gabrielle merged with Au Soin d'une vie under the new Humanika identity.
