Kvitsøy

Kvitsøy Rekruttering is a Norwegian recruitment firm operating from Sandnes with a philosophy centred on seeing the person behind the CV and seeking cultural matches and long-term employment relationships. The team combines broad experience and genuine engagement for finding the right candidate match. The firm offers three service models: recruitment for permanent positions with a comprehensive process emphasising cultural fit, modern job descriptions, and video showcasing real working environments; CV Finder service where Kvitsøy identifies relevant candidates and presents them whilst clients manage subsequent contact; and bemanning (temporary staffing) for interim needs or project-based positions requiring short-term specialist expertise.

Kvitsøy's approach combines modern tools with personal insight, delivering recruitment processes that are present, continuously updated, and featuring sparring partners willing to challenge and develop. The firm scores 100 per cent success on all completed recruitment assignments, delivering what is promised. A key differentiator is the recruitment video service offered through a video production partner, creating professional videos showing real working days and company culture, proving more effective than traditional job advertisements. The team includes Jon Arne Ramsland (Managing Director), Svein Arne Sørgård (Senior Consultant), and Erik Haaland (Consultant), each bringing recruiting expertise and commitment to matching candidates with roles fitting their skills and aspirations.

The firm locates not just experienced candidates but those most likely to fit culture and values within organisations, recognising that cultural match creates lasting placements. Thorough interview processes, reference checking, and quality assurance ensure candidates are trustworthy and capable. Based in Sandnes at Vassbotnen 11B, Kvitsøy Rekruttering serves Norwegian employers across sectors.
