Kurschildgen Consulting

Kurschildgen-Consulting is a young, ambitious personnel consulting firm providing executive search and management audit services to organisations seeking strategic leadership talent. The firm recognises that hiring is an art rather than a science, and no CV reveals whether a candidate fits organisational culture. Today, key positions in companies and organisations are primarily filled through personnel consultants conducting direct search assignments (Executive Search), a method enabling employers to make individual, precise, and long-term successful personnel placements.

The firm provides two core services. Executive search involves personal consultation with clients to understand needs, followed by targeted candidate sourcing and evaluation. Management audit systematically assesses existing internal talent and leadership capability through structured evaluation processes. Both services reflect the philosophy that strategic personnel questions require strategic consultancy approaches. The firm conducts individual conversations with clients to understand requirements, then leverages market expertise and networks to identify suitable candidates.

Based in Rösrath at Gustav-Freytag-Str. 13a, Kurschildgen-Consulting operates across Germany. The firm's approach emphasises the inseparability of person and position, combining professional search methodology with understanding of cultural fit and organisational context. Client engagement includes direct personal consultation and transparent communication throughout assignment completion.
