Kula Consulting

Kula Consulting is a management search and consulting staffing firm headquartered in Silicon Valley since 2003, specialising in recruitment of exempt-level finance and accounting professionals for regular full-time or contract/temporary assignments. The firm's mission is to connect companies with the very best candidates for temporary and permanent accounting and finance positions - vetted candidates who fit corporate culture and hit the ground running. Kula recruiters have extensive work experience in accounting and finance or a minimum of five years' recruiting experience for these fields, enabling them to speak the candidate's language and understand employer requirements.

Kula maintains a deep, ever-expanding roster of outstanding accounting professionals built through 20+ years of search firm and consulting experience. The firm works closely with companies and candidates in Silicon Valley, San Francisco Bay Area, Southern California, Sacramento, Nevada, and Texas, actively helping candidates find rewarding career opportunities from senior accountant to managerial and executive level. Candidates become part of the Kula family, receiving employment coaching, placement services, and post-placement support.

The firm offers contingency fee arrangements (paying based on successful placement) or hybrid retained search (initial retainer with following payments dependent on specific deliverables). Kula Consulting actively coaches candidates seeking career changes, helping identify suitable positions and convince target employers of fit. The company's philosophy follows the principle that you can have the best strategy and facility, but hearts and minds of working staff determine success.
