Ks Talent

KS Talent Solutions is a boutique recruitment group that describes itself as the recruitment leader in APAC and the Middle East since 2007. The team that first built KS in Singapore that year set out to create a recruitment firm based on the values of integrity, loyalty and confidentiality. The group trades through two entities, KS Consulting PTE Ltd in APAC and KS Search FZ FZE in the UAE, under the KS Talent Solutions Group brand. It helps clients and candidates across the permanent, contract and interim markets, backed by a robust back office made up of a research function and a payroll operation for the contracting business.

The Singapore business grew quickly into a practice supporting clients across APAC, working on searches mainly across business support functions: Finance, Operations, Compliance, HR, Sales, Marketing, Risk, Audit and Transformation. From the Dubai office the group runs more generalist professional role searches across support functions. Successful placements have been made across all industries, and testimonials on the site refer to placements in the banking industry among others.

KS opened its Dubai office in January 2015, extending its reach and offering additional global support to clients. The firm can be contacted on +65 6323 5127 in Singapore, +971 4564 8331 in the UAE, or at [email protected]. Its partners have over a hundred years of industry experience between them, gathered in Europe, Asia, the Middle East and India, which the firm says makes it extremely well networked. One client notes that KS has supplied experienced employees for its offices in Singapore, Hong Kong, the Philippines, Australia and across Middle East locations for nearly 17 years, and that the firm truly understands their international business and cultural needs. Another describes the experience as working with a search firm but at a contingent price and cost structure.
