Kredo

Kredo is a recruitment consultancy based in Bruneck, South Tyrol. It says its mission is to connect companies in the DACH region with talent and to build long-term partnerships, acting as a sparring partner for clients on their recruitment challenges. It also works with candidates on their next career step.

Its services are contingent search, where payment is due only once a position has been filled, and retained search, paid in instalments tied to agreed milestones. It also offers executive search to find senior managers for demanding, confidential or time-critical vacancies, with the fee plan set individually for each search. For companies with continuous hiring needs it provides recruitment process outsourcing, taking over the whole recruitment process.

Kredo was started by Fabian and Julian, who met at secondary school and worked in recruitment for several years before founding the company.
