Konik

Konik is a technical recruitment and staffing agency based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. It recruits for engineering, manufacturing and architecture employers, and also lists construction recruiting and executive search among its services. Roles include electrical, mechanical and civil engineers, plant and production managers, maintenance technicians, CAD designers and Revit engineers, and executive posts such as CEO, president, vice-president and director. It places candidates on direct hire, contract-to-direct and contract terms, and also offers payroll solutions for contract workers.

The company was founded in 1974 by George Konik as George Konik Associates. He sold it to his son Brad Konik in June 2000, and Brad is now CEO. Tom Goettl returned in 2009 as President and partner. In 2017 the company acquired PrimeStaff, became Konik Primestaff, and was later rebranded as Konik.

Konik serves start-ups and large organisations in the Twin Cities and the wider Midwest. It says its talent network holds more than 40,000 candidates.
