Kohort Partners is an Australian recruitment business focused on technology leadership recruitment and executive search. It says it supports Australian businesses with senior leadership search and specialist technology hiring, and reports more than a decade of technology recruitment experience.

The business works through two arms. Kohort Search covers CIO, CTO, CDO and other senior technology leadership appointments, including CISOs and their senior leadership teams, on permanent and interim bases. Kohort Technology covers Salesforce, data and AI governance, and specialist technology hiring. It concentrates on technology and innovation-driven organisations going through change, and says it has worked with private equity firms and their portfolio companies, the technology sector and broader financial services such as investment banking.

Kathrin Pantenburg, known as Kat, manages every search directly. Her background is in the Salesforce ecosystem, and she says she has built relationships with enterprise organisations and SMEs since 2015. The company donates 1% of every invoice to a charity partner chosen by the client.
