KLC Recruitment

KLC Recruitment is a recruitment and HR consulting agency based in Surrey Hills, Victoria. It was established in 2009 by its director, Chris Sacco, and works with organisations across Melbourne, regional Victoria and the rest of Australia. It is a registered Victorian labour hire agency.

The company offers permanent and fixed term recruitment, temporary, locum and labour hire placements, and human resources consulting. It recruits in six areas: social work and allied health, disability and community services, aged care, early childhood and education, government, and corporate. Roles include psychologists, disability support workers, NDIS support coordinators, registered nurses, personal care assistants, teachers, program officers, accountants and payroll staff.

KLC says it has over a decade of experience recruiting for government organisations and for financial and accounting services companies. It also says Australia's not for profit sector is its fastest growing, and it is a registered DWES administrator and provider.
