Kurri Kurri Community Services (KKCS) is a values-driven community organisation that has been supporting the township of Kurri Kurri and surrounding areas for over 35 years. KKCS provides meaningful employment opportunities across a diverse range of service areas, offering casual, part-time and full-time roles where professionals can contribute their skills whilst supporting individuals, families and communities. KKCS operates across multiple core service sectors including allied health and disability support, aged care services, youth programmes, childcare through their Before and After School and Vacation Care (OOSH) offerings, and community education through their Study Hub. The organisation also runs Hunter Commercial Services, a social enterprise delivering cleaning and grounds services whilst empowering people with disability through meaningful employment, and Odyssey Home Modifications, which provides construction and support solutions helping elderly and disabled customers remain safe and independent in their own homes. Additionally, The Centre @ Kurri Kurri offers diverse community programmes and services for all ages, continuing decades of local support and wellbeing initiatives.
