Kindred Consultants

Kindred Consultants is a female owned boutique search firm that provides staffing, consulting, coaching and recruiting for the legal community. It works with law firms and corporations, and says it has over 26 combined years in sales, recruiting and staffing.

Its services include direct hire placement, where it approaches passive, experienced candidates through networking and cold calling rather than relying only on job postings, and lateral partner searches, which it handles in confidence. It also supplies contract attorneys and other temporary staff, such as teams for document review or individual attorneys for discovery requests, research projects and law and motion work. The firm also works with clients on gaps in their staffing and recruiting needs, and counsels candidates ahead of interviews.

Kindred Consultants has home offices in Atlanta, Orlando and Birmingham, in the Southeast.
