Kiko Recruitment

Kiko Recruitment is a design and creative recruitment agency that matches talent with studios, agencies and brands across the UK and Europe. It is based in London and also describes its work as specialist digital and creative recruitment.

It covers a range of creative sectors, including animation, design, visual effects, motion graphics and marketing. It fills both freelance projects and permanent roles, working with creatives looking for new positions and with businesses hiring, including agencies that need freelancers urgently after winning a pitch.

The agency was set up by Megan, who spent a few years working for other recruitment agencies before starting her own. She says she has built long-standing relationships with creative studios across the UK and Europe.
