KG Recruitment

KG Recruitment is a specialist recruiter of chartered accountants, based in Auckland, New Zealand. It places accountants into chartered accountancy practices and works with a range of firms, from well-established traditional practices to newer ones.

The business was founded by Kathy Glass, who is its managing director. She worked as a teacher in the UK and Switzerland, then joined a large recruitment company and later started her own business focused on chartered accountants. She has specialised in this area since 2001, and the company says it has more than 20 years of experience. It reports long-standing relationships with firms across New Zealand and in particular Auckland.

Its work centres on candidates seeking chartered accountant roles. It matches them with vacancies, prepares them for interviews and supports them through the process with feedback and advice.
