Kenax Arbeidsbemiddeling

KenaX is a compact, personal organisation specialising in arbeidsbemiddeling, the Dutch term for labour mediation. It offers three distinct services. ZZP bemiddeling places self-employed contractors, which the company presents to clients as a route to extra flexibility, fast availability and low fixed staff costs. Werving en selectie is the permanent recruitment service, positioned around finding the right person in a tight labour market. Uitzending covers temporary staffing, described as personnel services tailored to the professional market. The company works closely with a broad network of clients, jobseekers and ZZP-ers to find what it calls the perfect match for each job, and prospective clients can indicate which of the three services they need directly through the contact form.

The sectors KenaX serves are grouped into three areas. Bouw, or construction, is the anchor: the company helps clients find both flex and permanent workers for vacancies such as timmerlieden, metselaars, bouwhulpen, slopers and stratenmakers, meaning carpenters, bricklayers, construction labourers, demolition workers and paviours. Techniek is the second area, where KenaX says it finds the right tradesman or tradeswoman for every technical job and the right workplace for every technically trained candidate, whether that is a flex job, a permanent post or a ZZP assignment. The third grouping, overige vakgebieden, covers a range of other trades and industrial occupations where the company also places people.

KenaX operates from its vestiging, or branch, in Zundert in the province of Noord-Brabant, in the south of the Netherlands close to the Belgian border. Its site is published in Dutch and lists its own current vacancies alongside pages for each service and each sector. The company's argument to clients is its size and manner: being compact and personal, it deals with clients, candidates and self-employed contractors directly, and it undertakes to come back quickly to anyone who makes contact about its services.
