The format brings companies and young people together in a casual environment with no formal dress code, no application documents and no stilted conversations, instead emphasising teamwork, healthy movement and peer-to-peer contact.

The company operates regional career matches that serve companies seeking apprentices and skilled workers, young people and apprentices exploring career opportunities, and schools and authorities seeking career orientation solutions for students. Karriere Padel strengthens regional apprenticeship businesses, the career orientation of young people, the connection to the region and sustainable networks between schools and companies.
