It is run by a single recruiter, who says she spent several years working with media houses, publishing and advertising consulting before moving into recruitment.

The company fills roles at every level, from chief executives and specialists to career changers and young professionals, including digital positions. Alongside recruiting for employers, it offers executive search, application coaching and career guidance, and it works with job seekers who send in their CV and a profile of the job they want.

The process runs from a briefing and candidate search to a shortlist and interviews, which can be held at its Zurich office. The recruiter follows up for feedback before the end of the probation period and again after one year. If a placement ends after a short time, the company says it provides a replacement candidate without a further commission.
