Karlka Recruiting Group is an Indigenous recruitment agency that provides national recruitment services in Australia, connecting Indigenous and non-Indigenous clients and candidates. It was established with the Karlka Nyiyaparli Aboriginal Corporation (KNAC), is 51% owned by the Nyiyaparli Traditional Owners and is registered with Supply Nation. It says it shares 51% of its profits with the Nyiyaparli People.

The company offers labour hire, payroll services, permanent recruitment, special measures recruitment and scribing services. It organises its work into consumer, industrial and telecommunications, government and professional services, and financial and legal sectors. Roles include administration, IT and communications, building and construction, hospitality, accounting, banking, insurance and legal positions.

It is a contributor to government recruitment panels, including Australian Government and New South Wales Government arrangements. It has offices in Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne and Perth, open by appointment, and is a member of the Recruitment, Consulting & Staffing Association (RCSA).
