K-12 Recruitment Group is an executive search firm and staffing agency that fills positions at schools and school districts across the USA. It is the newest division of Advocate Staffing, Inc., which it says was established in 2007 and works in faculty and educational administration recruiting. John Meurer is named as its founder.

The firm serves private, charter and public schools, including magnet, virtual, boarding, Montessori, parochial and faith-based schools, and urban, rural and suburban districts. It recruits school superintendents, principals, heads of school, deans, special education, ESL and STEM teachers, speech-language pathologists, occupational and physical therapists, school nurses and school psychologists. Its services include retained, engaged and contingency search and interim leadership. It says it combines a database of educators and more than two dozen recruiting technologies with traditional recruiting methods.
