Just One

Just One is a recruitment and executive search agency based in Athens. It fills positions from entry-level to C-suite and says it operates in eight countries: Greece, Italy, Spain, France, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Poland and Romania.

The agency recruits across industries including FMCG, retail, energy, telecommunications, manufacturing, technology, engineering, pharmaceuticals, banking and IT. It also covers functions such as finance, supply chain and logistics, sales and commercial development, and human resources. Its teams are organised by local market.

Just One works on a success fee basis, so clients pay only if they hire a candidate it proposes. Its stated process presents three candidates a week for three weeks, up to nine per position. Alongside executive search, it offers leadership assessment and career repositioning services. It reports winning an HR award in 2023, 2024 and 2025.
