JUST HR

JUST HR is a Canadian recruitment and executive search firm that works only in human resources. It says its roots date back to 2007. The firm places HR professionals, from generalists, business partners and managers to talent acquisition, compensation and total rewards, employee and labour relations, learning and organizational design, HR systems and analytics, and health and safety specialists, and it organises this work into seven practice groups.

Its services are permanent recruitment, described as direct hire for roles from independent contributors to mid-level managers, executive search for HR leadership, and interim project support, where it supplies interim consultants for specialist projects or temporary cover. It also fills contract and fixed-term HR roles. Its clients are corporate, industrial, healthcare and public sector organisations across Canada.

JUST HR has operations in Vancouver, Calgary and Toronto, with corporate infrastructure in British Columbia, Alberta and Ontario, and offices in Vancouver and Calgary. It is a member of AAFA, an association of more than 35 independently owned recruiting firms, and represents the Vancouver market in that network.
