Just Automotive Recruitment

Just Automotive Recruitment is an Australian recruitment company focused on the automotive industry, with a specialisation in the heavy vehicle and plant equipment sectors. It was founded in 2009 by Jason Sultana, a diesel mechanic by trade who later worked in truck sales and sales management, and he remains its director. The company is based in Caringbah, New South Wales, and says it recruits for the major dealerships in Sydney and many related businesses.

It fills roles including sales staff, senior management, mechanics, parts, service and administration, as well as trade positions such as body builders, fabricators and auto electricians. Its work is mainly permanent recruitment, sourcing local and international candidates, with interviewing, shortlisting and reference checking. It also arranges psychometric testing and medical screening, and runs a care program during the first three months of a placement, backed by a three month replacement warranty.

Its international recruitment team places overseas workers under the TSS and SID visa programs, and it says it has facilitated placements from the Philippines and South Africa. It reports more than 2,300 placements since 2009.
