JRM Hospitality & Recruitment

JRM Hospitality & Recruitment is an Australian hospitality recruitment and consultancy business, founded in 2009 by James and Lisa Metcalfe. It is headed by chef James Metcalfe, the Managing Director, and says its experience in hospitality and consulting goes back decades.

The company provides permanent recruitment, casual event staffing, corporate hospitality, concierge recruitment, casual office support and private residence staffing. It also offers hospitality consulting and asset management, and runs its own bespoke catering operation. It says it can cover anything from a one-day emergency recruitment fill to a full-service outsourced consulting operation, and reports that only 3% of applicants make it through its onboarding program.

JRM has offices in Sydney and Melbourne. The Sydney office handles enquiries for New South Wales and Queensland, and the Melbourne office handles Victoria, South Australia and Western Australia. Phone lines are listed for Sydney and Brisbane, and for Melbourne and Adelaide.
