JPS Recruitment

JPS Recruitment is a privately owned recruitment company that places construction, mining and sales professionals into permanent positions. It has evolved from JPS Executive Search & Selection, which has operated since 1993, and is part of the privately owned JPS Recruitment Group, a sister company to JPS Medical Recruitment. Julian Pettegree, the Managing Director, established the JPS Group in Melbourne in 1993, and the head office moved to Brisbane in 2005. Director Jayden Van Hoof leads the construction and mining team.

The construction team works across commercial, residential, civil and consulting sectors. The mining team works with mining companies, contractors and consultants across Australia, along with international operations. The sales team partners with Victorian and national companies in industries such as building products, print, packaging, transport and media. The company also offers retained services.

It has offices in Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney.
