JobSuite

JobSuite is a recruiting firm founded in 2020 by Willie Frederick that places engineers and technical leaders with companies in the San Francisco Bay Area and across the United States. It recruits for AI, robotics, Medtech, life sciences, hardware and defence employers, and says its team are former in-house hiring leaders.

Its services cover direct hire for permanent roles, run on either a contingent or a retained basis, as well as short- and long-term contract work and contract-to-hire arrangements. It also offers recruiting consulting, including recruiter hiring, ATS build and offer evaluation. The firm reports a candidate database of over 100,000 profiles and says it has supported hires from first-time hiring managers to seasoned CEOs.

Founder Willie Frederick has more than a decade of recruiting experience, covering agency and in-house delivery programmes in Silicon Valley, and entered the staffing industry in 2015. His previous employers include Randstad Technologies, Auris and Johnson & Johnson.
