Jmc Legal Recruitment is a recruitment agency that specialises exclusively in the legal sector. It was founded in 2016 by Jason Connolly and places lawyers in both private practice and in-house roles, across the UK and abroad.

In private practice it works with firms ranging from specialist boutiques to Legal 500 firms, in areas such as corporate, commercial litigation, employment, family, intellectual property, private client and real estate. It also recruits salaried and equity partners, and lists executive search among its services.

Its in-house team places Legal Counsel, General Counsel and Head of Legal roles with companies of all sizes, from overseas businesses setting up in the UK to FTSE 500 firms and private equity houses. Sectors include financial services, technology and software, life sciences, energy and real estate. An international desk places General Counsel and Legal Counsel across APAC and the UAE. Candidates are not charged for its services. It has offices in London, Bristol, Edinburgh, Birmingham and Manchester.
