It recruits for fashion retail, consumer goods, and tourism and hospitality, and also names travel and aviation as a focus area. It says it fills all head office roles in these sectors, and its consultants each concentrate on their own vertical market.

Its executive search work covers senior roles from director to C-suite, including CEO, COO, CFO, CMO, CIO and CTO. The team also includes a national temp manager.

JIVARO has offices in Sydney, Melbourne and Varsity Lakes in Queensland. It is led by Chantelle James, who is CEO and founder. The company reports that it has placed more than 6,000 candidates.
