JCSI, formally JCSI Corporate Staffing Inc., is a project recruitment process outsourcing firm based in Grafton, Massachusetts. It focuses on passive candidate hiring for hourly unskilled and skilled labour, salaried roles and executive search. It says it has provided recruitment services for over 20 years and has helped 1571+ companies make hires.

The work is split between three teams. BestExec, its executive search team, handles director-level and above searches. The Professional Recruitment Team covers salaried positions from entry level to middle management, and the Hourly Staffing Team sources candidates directly for hourly roles. Each search is led by a project manager with a dedicated team and a defined project plan, and the firm works on a fixed fee model.

Its experience is strongest in manufacturing, energy, technology and telecommunications, consumer goods and services, life sciences and healthcare, and architecture, engineering and construction. It says each search delivers a slate of typically three to four qualified candidates, and clients get a portal to follow progress. The CEO is Jim Sullivan.
