Jasurda Search Group is a founder-led headhunting firm that places engineers, sales engineers and construction project leaders with industrial manufacturers, building products makers and contractors. It is based in New England and works nationwide in the United States. AJ Jasurda leads every search personally.

The firm has three practices: industrial manufacturing, building products and structures, and construction. The roles it fills include manufacturing, process, mechanical, electrical and PLC controls engineers, plant and operations managers, technical sales and application engineers, estimators, project managers and superintendents, from individual contributor through director. It also recruits support staff for manufacturers and contractors, such as accountants, controllers, office managers and HR managers.

Searches run on two models: engaged search for leadership and other hard-to-fill roles, and contingent search for active openings, where the client pays on results. Its clients include family-owned and privately held companies and private equity-backed portfolios. The firm says it stays involved through the offer, the close and the first weeks of a hire's onboarding.
