Jak Consultancy

Jak Consultancy is a London-based recruitment business that works internationally for the architecture, design and build, interior design, furniture and graphics industries, and also recruits for sales support. It places permanent and freelance talent with clients. The company says its team has over a decade of experience in recruitment, architecture, interior design, design and build and furniture.

Oliver Tidmarsh is its founder and director in London. Glen Shepherd co-founded Jak Dubai with him in 2024, and the company runs offices and job listings in both London and Dubai. Harry Grigg, who specialises in chemical manufacturing and distribution, joined in 2025 to head its Chemicals Business Unit.

It says it works with businesses of any size and approaches each assignment by identifying the key requirements of both client and candidate. It also publishes salary guides for the UK and for overseas markets.
