Jackie Jackson founded it in 2001 to serve pre-IPO and public EDA, IP and semiconductor companies. It says it has more than 25 years of experience recruiting for the EDA, IP, semiconductor and software security industries, and that it has placed hundreds of candidates.

The agency fills roles such as physical designers, verification engineers, security engineers, field applications engineers, engineering managers, power experts and EDA developers, as well as sales and marketing positions.
