J2t Recruiting

J2t Recruiting is a women-owned recruitment agency founded in 2000 that specialises in accounting and finance. It says it serves only the Colorado and Montana markets, and it operates from Denver and Boulder in Colorado and from Bozeman in Montana.

The firm fills accounting and finance roles from staff level to CFO, including controller, assistant controller, accounting and finance manager, AR/AP manager, financial analyst, senior accountant, bookkeeper and payroll positions. Its direct hire work runs from senior level to CFO, its consulting work from controller to CFO, and its contract, contract-to-hire and direct hire work from associate to staff level.

As well as permanent placement, it supplies temporary or project-based contractors and offers payroll services. It says its contractors and payrolled employees can access healthcare benefits in as little as 30 days.
