iZONA works across finance, marketing, sales, HR, IT and customer service, referred to on the site as KCC, and it also handles traineeships. Candidates are found through leading CV sites, social media advertising and LinkedIn, then screened over WhatsApp on salary expectations, willingness to travel and start date. iZONA has also built talent pools containing thousands of screened candidates who are open to a new challenge. Its methods include AI-driven video avatars that inform candidates about vacancies, recruitment automation tools and ATS systems, while real chat agents hold personal conversations with candidates over WhatsApp. Screened candidates are presented to clients with an enriched CV, after which iZONA schedules the meetings.

iZONA works with Dutch employers and reports an average time to hire of 22 days. Its base package starts at 1500 euro per month excluding VAT and covers sourcing and screening for three vacancies, with each additional vacancy costing 750 euro and no further charge beyond ten vacancies. Subscriptions can be scaled up or down month by month, and the embedded recruitment option allows an unlimited number of hires per month, with iZONA running the whole process from vacancy advertising and sourcing through to screening and interviews.
