ITENTIFY

ITENTIFY is an Australian technology recruitment business that works with IT professionals and with organisations of all sizes. It says it has been connecting companies in Australia with IT talent since 2011, and it cites almost two decades of experience in IT recruitment.

It offers permanent recruitment across all career levels and IT domains. The process starts with a discovery session to understand the role and the customer, followed by search, selection and attraction, and a shortlist presented for interview. Contract recruitment supplies IT contractors for projects, and the company says this reduces administrative work such as payroll and compliance and lets clients try before they buy.

For clients hiring in volume it also provides recruitment process outsourcing, paid as a monthly subscription over an agreed period, typically 3 to 12 months. The company is based in Sydney.
