Itch Recruitment is a Western Australian recruitment business that provides permanent and labour hire solutions. It describes its work as including white collar recruitment, permanent and temporary placements, and on-hire services for the mining industry. It says it does not cold call.

Its work falls into three areas. Professional and technical services covers corporate services, administration, HR, finance and marketing roles, from entry level to senior management. Drilling, mining and resources covers surface and underground production, exploration and specialist drilling crews across Australia's mining and resources sector. Trades and site services covers qualified trades, operators and labour across construction, maintenance, shutdowns and project delivery.

Itch says it has 15 employees in its Perth office and a presence in Kalgoorlie. It describes itself as 100% WA-owned and led by an all-female executive management team, with Jodie Perram as managing director. It reports placing, on average, 4.8 permanent staff per week since it opened.
