About the Agency
Island Recruitment is a recruitment agency based in Auckland CBD that places recruitment professionals, an approach known in the trade as rec-to-rec. It describes itself as New Zealand's only dedicated agency of this kind.
It works with other recruitment agencies and with recruiters looking for their next role. It fills recruitment consultant positions, including for IT, accounting and finance, and construction teams, and also candidate manager roles. One client says the company has supplied both local and offshore recruitment professionals.
The office is in Commercial Bay Tower on Custom Street West in Auckland.
