IS2 Workforce Solutions is a Canadian-owned staffing firm that places workers with employers in distribution, manufacturing, automotive, food production and professional environments. It also lists clerical, office and administrative, general labour, construction, sales and marketing, and warehousing roles among the areas it recruits for.

The company was founded in Edmonton, Alberta, in 1996. At a time when many staffing providers worked on a day-labour model, it focused on fair compensation, orientation and preparation, and structured recruitment. It later opened offices in British Columbia and Ontario, and says it was serving employers nationwide by the early 2000s. A Direct Hire division was added later to cover permanent recruitment.

Its services are temporary staffing and temp-to-hire, direct hire recruitment, and recruitment process outsourcing. It says it vets every candidate before they start and that clients are supported by recruiters who specialise by industry. IS2 operates physical branch offices across Canada, with locations in Alberta, British Columbia and Ontario.
