Iridium

Iridium is a UK technical recruitment agency that places staff with technology-focused companies. It recruits across research and development functions, including software engineering and architecture, product, programme, security and infrastructure, as well as DevOps. Its work covers the full range of engineering and product positions, from emerging talent to executive search.

Iridium says it is built on 20 years of technical recruitment experience held by its founder, who worked at agencies and then for more than eight years at a SaaS firm. There the founder joined as the sole technical recruiter in Europe, was directly responsible for over 400 hires and went on to lead the global technical recruitment team. Iridium says many of its client relationships have been in place for a very long time.
