IP Recruitment is a labour hire and recruitment business based in Belmont, Western Australia. It supplies workers across mining, civil, manufacturing, trades and logistics, and says it helps clients from Perth to the Pilbara and across Western Australia.

Its main service is casual labour hire, where IP Recruitment is the workers' employer and handles recruiting, payroll, insurance, superannuation and tax. It also makes permanent placements, charging a fee based on base salary rather than packaged salary, with advertising, sourcing and recruiting included. A third model, called Your Staff, has IP Recruitment recruit the worker and the client employ them directly from day one, paying an agreed hourly fee for each hour worked.

Candidates are interviewed face to face and go through reference checks and licence and certificate verification, with medicals, drug testing, onboarding and inductions arranged as required. The company says its consultants have worked in the industries it recruits for. Through Assessmate, it is also a Registered Training Organisation that provides COCs and VOCs for earthmoving equipment, with assessments on site, locally or regionally.
